The hotel was clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Seems to be run by a family business. We were surprised to see it come up in such a small town but honestly, it was better than some large city hotels. The jacuzzi in our room was an added bonus.,highly recommend!!
We had such excellent customer service when staying here in April 2024. They helped work with us from the moment we arrived - ensuring that the suite we had reserved was good for our group and ensuring we were located near other family members traveling in our group. They were great about making sure the pool was available for our kiddos (it's a really nice, warm pool!). We even got room service for our two night stay with them checking our garbages and towel supply (which I rarely still see offered in hotels!). We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service at this hotel and will definitely be staying again next time we are in the area.
Had an amazing stay at De Smet Super Deluxe Inn & Suites! The rooms were super clean, spacious, and really comfortable. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was perfect. The swimming pool and hot tub were definitely a highlight! The pool area was clean and well-maintained perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, it was a great experience. If you're looking for a nice place to stay with great service and awesome amenities, I’d definitely recommend this place!
The hotel is calm and welcoming! My family stayed here two nights and any requests we had, the staff went above & beyond to help! Personally, I had a great time visiting with all the staff and we will definitely be back! Loved the ability to grill both both nights outdoors!! Superb stay!!
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! They allowed us to check in with our terminally ill child early so she could rest before the pageant. The pool was warm and everything was clean throughout the building. We look forward to staying there again!

Like previous owner, Bob has kept the hotel hunting and fishing friendly. There are a lot of renovations, it was a little hectic, but the owner try his best to accommodate every request. With his good attitude and ideas, the hotel will be a 5 start hotel. I can’t wait to come back and see all renovation completed! Overall, it was a restful and peaceful stay!
Had a great stay. Bed was good. Room was clean. They allowed our dogs in the garage at no cost. Would gladly stay again. Hot tube was hot and pool was also warm. Nice relaxing way to end the evening after hunting. Breakfast was what you would expect at any hotel. The people complaining about it all must not have had the experience we did.
